Agreement
I understand that good and lasting results may require several hypnosis sessions and that I may be asked to practice self-hypnosis for aftercare and between sessions.
I (your name) am responsible for actively cooperating with and participating in my program, Hypnosis-Shayla M. Rose- Manifesting Magickk Together CH, and shall not be held accountable for the results I attain. I understand that I may be referred elsewhere for proper treatment and that my program may be terminated if deemed appropriate. I understand all information is kept confidential.
Payment
Required 24 hours before each session. For same-day appointments payments are due 3 hours prior and sent to the following options

Cancellation, No-Show, Reschedule Policy
*48-hour notice is required for steaming and holistic wellness appointment (e.g. Hypnosis, Reiki) cancellations/reschedules.
*24-hour notice is required on all other appointments and classes/reschedules. Any late cancellations and no-shows will require full payment and additional fees
